All bookings can be completed via Phone, Email, or our Online Reservation System.

The maximum number of guests permitted aboard on open water is 12.
For dockside events, the maximum number of guests permitted guests increases to 40.

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to offer flexibility while ensuring fairness in the event of cancellations. Please note that the percentage of fees retained are non-refundable, in order to to cover the costs of preparation and potential loss of bookings. Below is our cancellation policy.
Cancellations 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event, results in 10% of the total fee being retained.
Cancellations 14 to 30 days prior to the scheduled event, results in 50% of the total fee being retained.
Cancellations 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled event, results in 75% of the total fee being retained.
Cancellations 1 to 7 days prior to the scheduled event, results in 90% of the total fee being retained.
Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event, results in 100% of the total fee being retained.

Reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance of the voyage date.
For The Rustic Table and The Happy Hours: Bookings from these options must be made at least 7 days in advance.
For The Etesias experience, and specialty events: Bookings from these options must be made at least 14 days in advance.

A deposit is required upon booking confirmation— the full payment is due within 14 days of reservation confirmation.

Yes, the boat is available for photoshoots or filming. Please contact us in advance to discuss your specific needs and to ensure that any permits or special arrangements are in place.

A Captain and bartender are included aboard, along with a chef for catering services.
