BOOKING & EXPERIENCE

    Following your request, we will reach out to you directly to discuss all details and curate an experience tailored to your wishes.

  • For experiences on the water, we welcome up to 12 guests on board.

    For dockside or anchored events, we can accommodate larger groups of up to 20 guests.

  • Yes, all experiences are thoughtfully tailored to your wishes.

    Together, we curate an experience that reflects your occasion and individual preferences.

  • We recommend submitting your request as early as possible, particularly for more elaborate events involving catering or multiple services.

    Depending on the scope, some lead time is required to ensure every detail is arranged to the highest standard.

    Short-notice requests are often possible – feel free to reach out, and we will do our best to accommodate your plans.

  • To confirm your booking, a deposit is required.

    The remaining balance will be settled in coordination with you.

  • We fully understand that plans may change and strive to accommodate our guests with the utmost flexibility.

    Depending on the timing of the cancellation, proportional charges may apply.

    Comprehensive and transparent details of our cancellation terms will be provided as part of your booking process.

  • For our private charters, a security deposit is held as a standard precaution and will, of course, be fully refunded following your event, provided the vessel is returned in impeccable condition.

    All relevant details will be personally arranged with you as part of your bespoke booking experience.”

Should weather conditions prevent your charter from taking place as planned, we will work closely with you to arrange a suitable alternative—whether by rescheduling your experience or thoughtfully adapting it to ensure an equally exceptional occasion.

  • Yes, a professional crew is on board for all cruises.

    An experienced captain and service staff ensure that you can relax and fully enjoy your time on board.

    For selected culinary formats, the experience can be enhanced with a private chef.

  • Yes, restroom facilities as well as a shower are available on board for your convenience.

    In addition, the Etesias features a sauna, making your experience on the water truly special.

  • Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on board.

  • Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available on board for your convenience.

  • At present, the boat is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

    We would be happy to advise you personally and explore together whether we can find a suitable solution for your request.
